By using Providence AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Providence is an AI platform for chat, voice, and creating images, video, music, books, games, and other content. Features and pricing may change over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).

Subscriptions & purchases

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. On iOS, purchases and renewals are managed through your Apple Account settings; on the web, through your account.
PROV is an in-app credit used to access features. It is not money, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple per their policies; web purchases are subject to our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Providence to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. We may moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, and you may appeal enforcement in-app.

Your content & ownership

You retain rights to content you create, subject to the licenses of the underlying tools. Creations may carry a Providence watermark/branding; removing the branding requires purchasing the applicable rights. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Providence AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
